Phil is a Managing Director and founding principal of Maren Group.

Prior to Maren, Phil co-founded Alterity Partners, a mergers & acquisitions advisory firm which was acquired by one of the U.S.’s largest commercial banks.

Prior to Alterity, Phil held a variety of operating roles at priceline.com (SVP of Corporate Development), Cendant Corporation (GM of Interactive Services) and Nordson Corporation (Director of Marketing).

Phil received a B.S. in Finance from Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
