Associates at Maren Group play an integral role in all of the firm's activities. Associates handle a high level of responsibility on transaction teams and are very important to the execution of the transaction. They are active contributors during every phase of the deal process, leading the writing and development of both initial pitch material and descriptive memoranda, and each Associate is expected to participate actively in drafting sessions and due diligence meetings.

Associates also are responsible for the integrity of the valuation analyses and merger and acquisition models developed in concert with Maren Group's superior team of Analysts.
